Exercise programme specifically designed for cancer survivors to help improve strength, flexibility and stamina. A mix of Yoga & Pilates poses, step cardio exercises and a guided relaxation to finish the practice. Includes a one to one pre class screen, weekly handouts and resources on topics like nutrition, meditation, pelvic floor exercise and tips for sleep

Varied sequence of Pilates exercises to improve flexibility, core and joint stability. Suitable for beginners, clients post injury, clients with osteopenia cancer survivors with lymphoedema
